1. Return Window

You have a 30-day window from the date of package receipt to request a return or refund. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)

Lost in Transit: In the event that your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we assume full responsibility. We will either provide a full refund or arrange for a free reshipment.

Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a refund or a replacement.

3. Customized Items

Please be aware that personalized/customized items are final sale, except in cases where they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such instances, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Request

5. Refund Processing

Approval: Once your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
