3M Scotchlok Moisture Guard Connector (MGC) Insulation Displacement Connector (25 Pack) – 270MGC
The 3M™ Moisture Guard Connector is designed for use in the installation and repair of
Irrigation and Landscape Lighting systems or other applications requiring moisture and UV protection. The mineral oil based grease inside the connector safeguards against moisture. The connector will connect and provide protection for two or three conductors.
NOTE: Not recommended for submersible applications

The 3M™ Moisture Guard Connector MGC provides a convenient way to connect wires for landscape irrigation and lighting applications. Just press the MGC cap and a metal element inside pushes through the wire insulation to make a secure, reliable connection. The grease in the MGC protects against moisture while the MGC housing is UV resistant for above-ground applications.
