The Bigwig is back! This is a 2017 version of the shaft-driven 4WD buggy that was released to commemorate 10 years of Tamiya R/C models back in 1986. It features a number of updates while keeping largely to the classic design of the original. The slimline body is that penned for the 1986 Bigwig by famed Japanese designer Takuya Yura, still a classic today, and which possesses advanced aerodynamics thanks to his encyclopaedic design knowledge. Updated markings retain the flavor of the original Bigwig, and include the Mooncraft logo of Yura’s design company.
